We do them the last Thursday of every month and it's just an informal networking event so it's not a big deal if you can't be there right at 6. You're more than welcome to stop by once you get outta the office.

Welcome to BP! Dawn makes a great point...a good deal doesn't look the same to everyone. But it sounds like you're looking for some off-market, deeply discounted, wholesale properties. The best advice I can give is network and connect with some local wholesalers or try some direct mail marketing using a targeted list. Although there are still "deals" that hit the MLS, it's usually a feeding frenzy on day one and under contract before you can get in the car fast enough to go see it.
