It's that time of the month again...

For all the local Raleigh, Durham, Cary, RTP, RDU etc. al. folks, we'll be meeting this month on Thursday 4/29 at Buffalo Brothers on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. The Triangle market is highly competitive and deals are increasingly difficult to come by but there is still plenty of money to be made here. As Dawn & John mentioned, we have a meetup at the end of (almost ) every month so whenever you're not down in Tampa pitching heat feel free to come check it out!

@Benjamin Von Blon Welcome to the area! What part of OH? I'm originally from WV, right where KY, OH, and WV connect. As Dawn mentioned, we have a meetup for BP members and friends at the end of (almost) every month. It is by no means a REIA but more so an opportunity to get from behind the keyboard and socialize in person with the same folks you interact with on this site. Definitely look into TREIA...another one in this area is RTP REIA. You may also want to check out the Deal Maker Sessions hosted by Adam Schneider. A quick search on this site or Google will turn up all the info for each. Stay active here and good things will happen!

Welcome to BP! As others mentioned, the inventory of MFH in this market leaves a lot to be desired. I can't tell you how many buyers I come across on a regular basis that want to purchase multi's until they see the available inventory then quickly jump to SFH. That may be a good niche for you to carve out here..

I'm with Dawn on this one as well...definitely would not sell this place anytime soon unless you're looking to reallocate your funds elsewhere.
