We called  TE Certified Electricians  at about 5pm today.  Electrician is schedule be there tomorrow between 11am -1pm.  

I have DD/Inspection on a property that has been vacant for a couple of years and without electricity for over a year.  The electric company  is requiring an inspection by a certified/licensed electrician before electricity is connected.  Anyone have a reliable licensed electrician in Cobb County that you can recommend? This is time-sensitive as we are getting ready to close.

• 1.Properties priced at 60 - 65% ARV less cost of repairs. Price is range is not an issue.
• 2.If properties are in premium neighborhoods (school zones 8-10 and low crime), then priced at around 80% ARV less cost of repairs. Price range is not an issue.
