Do you have a Heavy Industrial Property in Cobb County Area: preferably in Austell or Mableton? Would also consider Douglasville or Powder Spring. Buyer is in the diesel mechanic business and seriously looking for a new shop location with enough space for truck and trailer storage. A minimum 6-acre facility, under $500K. Could be flat vacant land zoned Heavy Industrial, but prefers some type of existing building appropriate to setup a diesel shop.
