Need Fix/Flip Properties in Georgia Counties

I have a potential client looking for single-family fix/flip properties in the following counties in Georgia: Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Clayton, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett and Henry.  If you have outlining counties, will consider. Here are the two possible criteria:

• 1.Properties priced at 60 - 65% ARV less cost of repairs. Price is range is not an issue.
• 2.If properties are in premium neighborhoods (school zones 8-10 and low crime), then priced at around 80% ARV less cost of repairs. Price range is not an issue.
