@Sami Gren we never review video based solely on a tenant request. But we are happy to do it at the request of law enforcement or an insurance company. We arrived at this point after MANY wasted hours reviewing video for something that didn’t even happen, or that happened elsewhere (vehicle damage, etc.). Making the tenant file a report with the police or their insurance company helps weed out some of the baseless claims.

@Joe Daid I’ve seen those used to control radiant heat wires embedded in the ceiling plaster. I think it was a 1970’s thing. We just disconnect the wiring and put a blank cover on the box.

@James De Stefano I’m with you! I average about one or two hours of TV... per year. For me it’s just a waste of time, and I have no interest in it.

@John Weisbarth our local credit union offers a commercial line of credit that is collateralized by commercial property; that might be an option for you.

Any idea why every post I view now says it was posted “a few seconds ago?”

@Tony Shiwprashad we have three Canon imageCLASS MF733Cdw printers in use. Two of the three see pretty heavy usage and have performed well for about two years now.

@Jeremiah Williams rather than from a sink, it’s more likely that the smell is coming from a floor drain in the basement, garage, utility, or laundry room. Those drains don’t often have water running through them, so the trap will dry out and let the sewer gas back into the house. Just pour a half gallon or so of water in each one and it will block the smell.

@Cate McConnell we often ask potential commercial tenants to have their accountant send us their balance sheet and income statement. If it comes straight from the account it’s probably accurate.
