@Douglas McAloney Jr We use Buildium to track expenses and yes you can separate each property. Buildium will also categorize each expenditure into the proper tax category. We scan our receipts using either our printer/copier/scanner or Scanner Pro (iPhone App) to the receipts folder for that particular property in our Google Drive. We then physically file that receipt in the matching folder in a filing cabinet. Best of luck

@Vincent DeAngelis South Whitehall has seen a lot of development in the last few years and will continue to see large developments over the next few! That said, new housing and apartments will be class A properties so I'd play in the class B space. Something else to keep in mind is to keep an eye on the taxes as they have now increased a few years in a row. However that may slowdown with some newly elected commissioners and a larger tax base due to new land development. Best of luck!
