I never purchase any appliance protection plans, I personally feel like they're not worth it.

@Namal Burman I also recommend using Innago! They've made rent collection an easy process for us and it's free to use as well!

@Christopher Winkler I am also definitely on the side of wooden finish cabinets. White cabinets can be quite a pain to maintain.

@Griffin Hines If the property is located close to the University of Cincinnati, then there is a lot of demand. The student housing market is pretty solid next to UC.

@Edward Toomey V I tried out RentRedi previously and also did not have a good experience with them. I still trying to figure out why BiggerPockets chose RentRedi out of all the other good property management software options for a partnership.
