I like the idea of leaving the wood. I think if it is finished with a good poly and a rug over it it should be fine.

@Mark Manship Hello Mark! Not yet..I am currently in the middle of finishing up a rehab in Texas.

I am not sure if I can get into another property at this time....

Hi! It was a typical seminar, telling us how we can make money in real estate, giving little tidbits of advice, but to get the real stuff you had to sign up and pay  I think 300 for a three day seminar later in the month about an hour away.

From what I recall there was information about investing in the stock market, again giving bits of information on the subject.

I also remember we did get a free lunch, I did meet a few folks from my area and got some business cards.

I did not buy any products that were advertised, but there were a few going back to the tables to sign up.

Your pictures do not appeal. A pic of the front entrance, a hallway and a half shot of the what..area with a fireplace?

As a renter I want to see the kitchen, livingroom, back yard. do you have a privacy fence? I think better professional pictures (which you can use again in the future) would be a great investment/

Im game!! Although I have yet to purchase a property here in the valley, I am always looking! I can pass along info!

How is parking in the area? I have my ticket and I'm excited! We are in the area for the Giants game on Sat. I'm trying to decide if I should leave car at hotel and taxi or just drive myself.
