Hello! My husband recently inherited a house in Wichita Falls, TX. The house has been in the family for years, a 1000 sq ft ranch, 3 bed, 1 bath. We live in Oregon. The property has been neglected for years, has plumbing, roof, and possibly electrical issues. My husband is a contractor in Oregon, but due to the distance will not likely be able to do much of the work himself. Our plan is to fix the place up and then rent it out. We plan to hire a property manager to manage it. Looking for property managers in the area, as well as any recommendations that you may have for contractors. Thank you!

I also invest in WF area. Would you consider selling "as is"?
