I am a beginner investor and have two properties (4 plex and a SFH). I am looking into cost efficient CRM systems really just for tracking leads and properties and finding motivated sellers. Obviously, I have seen a lot of older posts around podio and investerfuse. Any really cost efficient options that are recommended? I don't wholesale or flip properties, just buy and hold. Thank you!

I bought a turnkey from them recently and both Dave and RJ were great to deal with. I live in Columbus though and was able to physically drive and walkthrough the property. But their norm is out of state investors. Thanks!

My CPA firm has a presence in Marysville so I am up there every now and then. Some of my partners have properties there. I agree with the above. Less competition but not big enough to build a large portfolio there. Thanks!
