Title company/Agent referral Columbus OH

Hey All

I'm in need of a title agent/company referral In Columbus OH that,

1) Can travel to a sellers home or a location near the sellers home to perform the closing.(Located in Columbus)

2) Is familiar with investor type transactions.  Double close etc.  (Not currently needed for this transaction but helpful for future transactions)

My sellers want to be inconvenienced by the sale of their property as little as possible.
