Hello,

I am looking for websites that show potential SFH to Multi Family Homes to buy as investment properties where there are already tenants in place. Does realtor.com or zillow show these types of investment properties?

Dave, 

I agree with Brandon above on all accounts.  I am a CPA in Columbus Ohio and our firm could assist you, however, we really do not take in new clients during the March or April timeframe; not enough time to finish.  File an extension and then shop for a good CPA or firm who could assist you.

Hello,

I am a CPA in Columbus and am looking to get into real estate investing through turnkey properties.  Would love to learn tips and any other advice on purchasing a turnkey property.  Also looking for some turnkey properties or companies in the Columbus and surrounding areas.
