Hello,

I am looking to network with some contractors in the Columbus, Ohio area to assist me with possible flip and rent (BRRRR) SFHs.

I already have some rental properties but have used conventional loans for those. Thank you in advance.

Becky, where is your condo? I invest in Columbus if it is a condo that is allowed to be rented out per you HOA? Let me know. Thanks

Jared, That is probably typical for a Fannie/Freddie conventional loan. I use a portfolio lender which has lower closing costs.
