My co-worker was complaining about some issues he was having with the manager of one of his properties, and I thought it would be a good topic to bring up here. What are some problems that people have had with their property managers?

Lets hear the big and small ones

If you're not sure what steps to take, I think you should hire a realtor. You can get a discounter if you want to save, but if you have no clue, that's likely the best idea. You can probably get yourself into some trouble if you're not sure what to do. Good luck.

Is there a minimum amount of land that you need to allocate to each home when creating a subdivision? I would like to figure out how many homes a certain lot of land can handle. Can someone give me an approximation to the minimum amount of land needed per home for a subdivision?

Thank you.

Has anyone had experience investing in a real estate brokerage startup like Help-u-Sell, Keller Williams, or otherwise. These seem like great investments, good or bad housing market.
