All Cash talked about mobile home parks being cash cows. I was wondering how exactly to invest in a park. Where do I locate parks for sale?

Is it better to invest in the homes themself or in a park??

Does anyone have a good example of a letter that they use to do direct mailings? I've been thinking about starting a mailing campaign to pre-foreclosures, but I'm in need of some inspiration.

So you're looking at revenues of $1900 a month. Are you breaking even before or after the last unit is rented? Have you figured out for future vacancies also?

How exactly does a Sheriff sale work? Are they selling seized property from raids or something?

I'm no expert, but I had a few thoughts. The purple is a bit loud. Pick a color that is more neutral for your paint. The sink looks a bit dated. Why not rip it out and put in a cheap pedistal sink? They look a lot more modern and classier. Also it looks like the tile near your toilet is of a different color. Was there some work done? If you could get everything to look cleaner, it may help. Las thing is the light fixtures around your mirror. They like like they are from a submarine. It is inexpensive to replace them as well.

If you're on a really small budget, the most important things I'd do are PAINT that PURPLE!
