How must interest do tax liens pay? Is there a minimum to expect/max?

I've never invested in an REO. I wonder how willing banks are to negotiate their prices when it comes to their REO listings?

I've never dealt with section 8 with the properties I've had. I was looking at a building that had some section 8 tenants and had a couple of questions.

Is it really difficult to deal with Section 8?
If I inherit a Section 8 lease, is there a way to renegotiate the rent? How tough is it to raise the rent?

Good info. It took a bit for me to start keeping track of the repairs, but I'm doing it now. It is really important to track, though!

Nice work. I read some other posts of yours and you've really got it down! You seem like a great guy to talk to. Would you be interested in chatting with some other investors? I'm sure others would be interested in picking your brain. I would.

Hey. I'm also an actor. Never give that dream up man! You should look at real estate. It is a cool deal. Not as much politics as with acting. You need to work on that jealousy thing, though, or you'll find yourself having a real hard time in the entertainment biz. Start reading up on real estate investing.
