Does anyone have experience with PMHA? It is what Portage County calls their section 8. I am looking at a potential deal and need to find out more about this entity. I've researched it; but would be great to hear from someone who works with them. Thanks! 

Audible has helped me to devour books at a much faster rate. I highly recommend! My goals for 2017: Acquire 40 units and flip 20 units (with and without using partners). 10X is a terrific book as well- TAKE MASSIVE ACTION!
