Has anyone used Agantty for creating spreadsheets (actually gantt charts) when managing their rehab project? Thanks!

I started as an investor and got my license a year later. Depends on your circumstances and your goals. Hope that helps!

Brian G. If you haven't read J. Scott's two books I would recommend doing so. Great insight and systems. A big one I learned the hard way- when things are going sideways with a contractor, get them off the project asap! Cut your losses :-) There are quality contractors out there, it is just a matter of meeting them and building a relationship with them. Good luck!
I just ordered my copy! Looking forward to it :-)

Hello BP members, I am looking for referrals for contractors that do roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. They can specialize in one or the other. The property is in Parma. House needs everything done on exterior. Thanks!

You can get a Contractor out there to walk it with you and verify some of the rehab costs for $100. Triple check all comps too.

Find a mentor who is doing what you would like to do. The above post is great as well – read books related to Real Estate Investing, listen to podcasts, and network with other investors. Buy a lot of coffee and a lot of lunches🤓
