@Jerryll Noorden. I’m interested in your service. I’m just starting out as a wholesaler, however I am also a realtor but prefer wholesaling/flipping. Finding it difficult finding motivated sellers through bandit signs, driving for dollars, post cards, and cold calling...I only have a Facebook page at this time and am considering a website but the seo takes sooo long with so much work... need advice and direction please. Hi, I'm a realtor in CT and am finding a lot of expired listings where the mortgage is much higher than the value so they are either in preforclosure with lis pendens or close to it. In order to skip the short sale process for these homeowners can't i just offer to lease it from them to cover their mortgage payment and then sublease it at market rent value? How would I structure this so it's a win-win for everyone and what is the risk involved? Thanks.

As a Realtor How can I work with an investor who is buying property on the auction sites and make a commission?  Do the sites offer a commission to an agent for bringing the buyer or submitting the offer for them?
