Hi! I'm just getting started with investing. Had my RE license many years ago and gave it up when the market crashed. I'm now fascinated with investing. Flipping, wholesaleing... aquiring a rental portfolio. Trying to do this ASAP with no money (at least not my own) or credit! From all that I've read it's highly doable! Can't wait for my first deal so I can say" see I told you it could be done and I could do it!!" And also to help others do it too! I'm a mom of 2 teen girls, close to college age, with an apprehensive but patient husband. Want them to be proud of me and have confidence that where there's a will there is always a way!

Hi, I'm also just trying to get started in investing. I'm having a hard time finding sellers who are willing to sell below mv so I can wholesale so I'm now also trying to find private money to finance the start up monies I'll need to buy to flip. I figure I can use hard money to fiancé the house but due to some recent hard times I've fallen on I don't have any of my own money to handle any holding fees or starting costs like insurance.. Appraisals..so I'm going to approach people I know for that. Any advice is appreciated as how I can entice them...thanks
