@Jon Martin I've stayed at several there. Both my daughters went to UA. Maybe not all allow, but many do.

I live around the corner from there. I think perfect for STR's too. I don't think there are any restrictions yet because its a huge rental area especially in the summer, I'm planning on looking into that. Madison has been up in arms about STR's and coming down strong. Hoping Branford won't follow suit. A bit pricey.
