I'm a newbie and just upgraded on BP to a Plus member. I really want to get started in RE investing and I've been reading as much as I can and listening to the BP podcasts and joined my local REIAs. I've recently started looking in the Marketplace here and there seem to be a lot of great deals but I don't know if I should trust them. How do you vet someone from the Marketplace to find out if their legit?

Julie, I'm not sure about what to do there yet. I have never been there, want to go check it out, possibly invest, maybe retire, not sure. Have to see if I like it and that may take more then one trip. I'd love to hear how your trip goes.
