3 weeks in and I have learned a bunch. So much more to learn tho!

Alright BP. the game is getting more serious by the day as I come closer to finalizing the home improvements and to start marketing/screening potential tenants... nervous for the screening/taking phone calls part but bring it on...

Anyway,

I have noticed how busy I got after closing on the 1st property.  It was like a waterfall of sh*t that I have to accomplish asap before the 1st tenant gets on-boarded.  Home improvements being #1 since it hasn't been updated since the thing was built, which in some areas brings a ton of character out but other areas, major headaches... It is a love hate relationship right now lol... But I never have done ANY DIY projects and I appreciate the effort and patience it takes after only being 3 weeks in! I used to be on BP all day and now its mostly at midnight after doing a days worth of work..

The BP Podcasts are in the background though as I work ; ) SO thank you @Joshua Dorkin for making that possible lol..  Whatever it takes to make it, though, sign me up!

Thanks for reading!
