Good stuff....Our first flip has been completed 100% and now waiting for our agent to push the magic button so we can get it listed.....

We are extremely excited....The best part about this process, we have already received 3 offers before we even got it out to the community....

Greatness......can you tell we are a bit excited...?  ok, maybe I am... :)
