Is there any investors out there for Northern Arizona? Bullhead City, Kingman, or Lake Havasu area? I seem to only see ones from the Phoenix area. Have some great areas out here with beautiful houses or lots of houses that need some TLC....

Welcome to this wonderful site. My husband and I are are in Kingman Arizona and we are working on becoming wholesalers and then fix and flip and eventually fix and hold. But we have also thought of offering services for property inspections and to take pictures for out of state investors... Anyone have any thoughts on that? We do that on a daily basis for the banks... @Richard, good luck to you...
