I have a question I think I know the answer to but just want everyone's opinion...

Lets say I find a seller that has property listed at 125 and you talk him down to 80, can u sell it to the buyer for any price or do you sell it at what the owner was asking for in the first place? Just trying to look out for everyone here...

Thanks for the advice, when I seen the pic of them that is what I thought, people won't think they look businesslike and will open them. Plus I love all the colors, they aren't boring. Omg my husband will definately tease me about this one lol

@Brian L. is that the envelopes that you use? I was just assuming people used plain white envelopes and regular yellow lined paper for their letters.

I am also in Northern Arizona but the Kingman, Bullhead City area. I am working on becoming a wholesaler and am also looking into Lake Havasu City area and Laughlin, NV. Good luck to you...
