A warm hello from Miami

Greetings all, my name is Hasan Tesfa and I am a newbie living in Miami. I graduated from college in Kentucky, but also lived in South Carolina and Alabama. I recently moved to Florida to take advantage of the lovely weather and real estate opportunities. I have a few friends who deal in real estate on different levels and witnessing their financial freedom as persuaded me to jump in with both feet.

My personal knowledge on investing is limited, and for that reason, I am grateful to have stumbled upon this site. My aim is to begin investing through wholesaling in order to build capital, but eventually own and rent out vacation homes.

I am a dry sponge, here to soak up as much information as possible, but also assist others however I can.
