Property Manager in Phoenix West Valley

Hello Everyone

I thought I would introduce myself to everyone. My name is Ruth Jones and I am a transplant from the United Kingdom - I think I have just about got my head around how differently things are done here!

I own my own Property Management and Realty Company and am currently looking to expand my portfolio. As the majority of you are investors I would be interested to know what kind of thing you look for in a property management company.

One of the biggest complaints I hear is the lack of communication which is why I keep in constant contact with all of my owners. I am about to start a new marketing campaign and would love to know what would make you, as investors, pick up the phone and call me.

My rental property is in the West Valley of Phoenix in a city called Surprise. Does your Management Company cover that area? If so, I would be interested in getting your info and pricing just in case we have issues with the one we currently go with.

As far as your question, lack of communication is my biggest frustration. Our second frustration is that our money doesn't show into our bank account until the 20th of the month, which means we have to cover the mortgage and then wait and wait for our money.

Things our company does do that we love is they have a "portal" where we as owners can go online and check our account, our documents, etc. via this portal at any time.
