hello everyone,

I'm a newbie to this site and I'm looking to start the path to becoming a real estate investor. Here is my story....

I'm a former U.S. Marine who served for 8 years on active duty. After active duty I was a realtor for 2 years in the San Diego area and I worked for prudential California realty. I moved to Massachusetts for a job and I purchased my first home 7 years ago. My home is a 2 family and I've been a landlord for 7 years. I'm looking to get started with wholesaling real estate in my area or possibly "Bird dogging" for deals for buyers or investors. Im just really tired of my 9 to 5 job and I want to begin the process of becoming a real estate investor. Hopefully with hard work I can one day leave my day job in a few years or even sooner if it's possible. It's my dream. I'm hoping to network and learn as much as I can from all of you. Thanks everyone!
