@Jermey Henderson Welcome to the BP forums!  Being on the road a lot will give you PLENTY of time to catch up on all the podcasts for sure!  Can you take notes by using Siri?  I do that sometimes if I'm out driving (I'm a real estate agent so on the road a lot too!).  It's a bit cumbersome, but at least I can remind myself to do something or re-listen to a particular podcast. Since you have plenty of listening time, you could even listen to some multiple times.  Check out the BP Rookie, Money, and Business podcasts as well.  Each have a little different spin/focus, but the mindset is the same.  Good luck to you, and keep up us to date/ask questions in the forums!

@Steve Sanderson those are a great place to start for sure.  Multi's are hard to find in our market (Oklahoma) right now, so I see a lot of investors going for single family units with plans to expand later/as they can.

@Kenneth Pratt lol! no worries!  I've been all over (married to a military service member for a couple of decades), so it changes frequently ;)  Make sure to register for some of the free weekly webinars that Brandon usually hosts.  Lots of good info in them!

@Kenneth Pratt Welcome to the BP Forums!  This is a great community, and yes - you will have lots of posts to browse through related to wholesaling!   I would suggest setting up some key word alerts as well to help you follow subjects you are interested in. (for example, wholesale, newbie, flipper, rehab, city or state you are located in, assigning contracts)

@Kyu Kim Welcome to the BP Forums!  One way to get connected to local BP members will be to set up a key word alert (for example: Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas  and maybe come things you are interested in: multi-family, newbie).  You can also search to see if there is a local meet up.  Good luck and keep us posted on your deals!

@Jacob Kimbrough Hi Jacob, I would suggest doing a search here in the forums for options discussed (I did a quick search and found over 200 posts related to this - so it'd be hard to sum them all up here!).  Also, find a few lenders and talk to them about options and see if they have any advice.  I would go to the city/town you are interested in and find a local lender at a small bank or credit union.  Good luck with your purchase! Where are you wanting to buy in Alabama?

@Matt Payne We all know they can't go wrong starting from #1 lol! But, I think if they started with the post-covid 'issues' (March 2020) and still wanted more after catching up to the present, then maybe go back to the beginning??  Or they could cherry pick from there subjects that they were interested in from the OG, Rookie, etc...  Either way, if they once they have the foundation of the post-covid ones, they will have a good sense of where they want to go from there.

@Brandon A Reilly awesome deal!  Love that just adding a no inspection contingency was enough to get the deal, esp since you must have known you were going to do a full reno anyway.  Posts some before and after pics for us!
