Which BP Podcast do you recommend for first timer?

I refer people all the time to listen to the BP podcast. Lately I have had a couple people ask me which one should they start with. It's easy to say #1, but now that there are 500 or so, that's a lot of ground to cover to get current. Do you all have any favorite or specific ones that a new listener to the BP podcast should start on?

Thanks!

After buying "How to Invest in Real Estate" by Dorkin and Turner I made a list of all of the podcast episodes that they reference in the book.  Then I downloaded all those episodes, about 60 total, and I'm going in chronological order.  I can usually get through 1 a day while commuting.  I'm assuming its a greatest hits, plus its kind of fun to listen to how the podcast has evolved over time.  This only gets up through 2018 though so clearly not addressing the post covid that @Lara White referenced.
