@Greg Gibson

I would get pre-approved with a lender, start the search for a SFH, find the deal that works for you and use it as a down payment on that property. That would be my first step. Leverage the first property, rinse and repeat. Cash Flow in the beginning is very important to get the journey started.

@Malcolm Chelliah

Research Fundrise, Groundfloor, Rich Uncles, Building Bits, Realty Mogul, Realty Shares. I think these are some good options for excess income for awesome people like Doctors who work ridiculous hours. This type of investing may be a good place to start so you can focus on being successful at your job. I wish you good fortune and welcome to the site.

@Ricky Nigro

Who are the principals running Rehab Kings LLC? People on here might be able to give you more information if you know who is running the company.

@Karam A Tascoe

Outstanding numbers! Well done. I remember getting my first one done and it is still performing. No better feeling as far as investments go.

@James Wise

No doubt! I could not go into it in this political environment. I don't know how they handle it these days.

@Jeff Brower

I did, and I see what you are saying. It could have been interpreted either way! LoL

@James Wise

I used to do that for a living. We messed up some houses back in the day. I never really thought about the landlords back then. But , I did not know anything about real estate investing anyway. I was too busy Doing Work!
