The Aftermath of a Drug Raid

The Cleveland PD performed a surprise drug raid at one of our properties today. Figured you guys would like to take a look at the aftermath. Remember those spreadsheets aren't going to be able to account for everything! The Real Estate biz is full of challenges, be prepared to roll with the punches.

As I always say Spreadsheets don't rent properties, people do & people don't care about your spreadsheets.

All the more reason to fix the doorbell!

But in all seriousness, if thats the only damage, you got off lucky. I dont know the area, but chances are you can find a better tenant anyway and it only cost you a door.
