I have been on BiggerPockets for a while now but I've just recently decided to get my Real Estate license to help me achieve the goal of becoming a full time investor.  I have a 9-5 job that I plan on keeping to pay the bills as I start my career but I have a few questions.

1.  Does anyone know of any brokers in Tucson, AZ that work with part time agents?

2. What are some of your best tips to efficiently manage time?

3. When working part-time as an agent is it best to target sellers versus buyers?

4. What tools are best to help manage contacts, schedules, documents, etc.?

Hi, My $.02,

1. Seek out a RE Team & Join if Possible. This way , if your at work, Or unavailable, others can cover you. Also, You have others to assist you besides the DB / Managing Broker.

2. Sign up  for a company that will provide Expired Listings. Also, " Friends & Family " will propel you to your new career.

3. I attended a RE School in Scottsdale ,AZ. Excellent Instructors  & I atteneded each class twice.  I found I learned from a different instructor. Also, they offered other classes- RE Math, ect

Best wishes, Mitch
