@Kamran Javadi just make sure to work with a realtor with the experience and ask a lot of questions in the process. Most times the best course of action is to just take action and figure it out on the way.

@James Pennington I think it’s a great idea. I’d get some good nice furniture and try to rent it by the room. It’s best to may sure the property has more than 1 bathroom though. Preferably 1 bathroom per bedroom.
