https://louisville.craigslist.org/reb/6096500618.html What's up with this? Saw it on Craigslist. Know it's too good to be true . What do you think is up with the ad?
Hello, I currently have a couple long term rentals in Louisville, Ky. Possibly thinking about branching out into a short term rental this year. Was wondering who was investing in the Gulf Shores area. I've noticed that there seems to be some affordable condos in the Ft. Morgan area. I've been there. The Beach seemed really nice. It's a ways from where all the main action is but not that bad of a drive. Just wondering if any one on here is currently investing in the area and how it is going.
Do you have to set a self directed it's to invest in this?

I think the easiest thing to do would be to just pull the trigger and go see your lawyer

Hey I can't give you much info on it. But there have been other posts so I would recommend doing a search on here.
Craigslist works good for me
Do you have to be accredited to invest in realty shares?

Post: Should I use a 401K loan as a down payment for a rental property?

I plan on using a 401 loan for my next purchase but I am going to structure it a little different. I'm going to take out the loan for a primary residence. Buy myself a new home and then rent out the one I'm currently living in. You can get a longer term loan that way I believe. Of course that wouldn't work if your current home would not cash flow. My current home is a small home that is paid off.
