Anyone investing in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area?
Hello, I currently have a couple long term rentals in Louisville, Ky. Possibly thinking about branching out into a short term rental this year. Was wondering who was investing in the Gulf Shores area. I've noticed that there seems to be some affordable condos in the Ft. Morgan area. I've been there. The Beach seemed really nice. It's a ways from where all the main action is but not that bad of a drive. Just wondering if any one on here is currently investing in the area and how it is going.

Hey @Kevin Allen, i have heard good things about Gulf Shores but i would encourage you to check out the Fort Walton Beach / Destin area in Florida just a few hours to the East. I own a STR there now and I know a large number of people having success in this market. Let me know if you have any questions, i would love to chat more!
