@Lane Register good to see you back on BP... I remember meeting you a couple of years ago at CFRI Lake County. There's a great Meetup group run by @Alexa Michna that meets on a Saturday morning every month in North Lake County. You should check out  "Lake County Real Estate Investor's Network".

@Courtney Roll welcome to BP!  As @Kim Meredith Hampton mentioned, CFRI is a great place to connect with other investors (btw, Kim is someone you want to get connected with... an awesome resource!). Tomorrow night at 6;30 pm is the Lake County meeting for CFRI, held in Clermont.  I'll be in Miami, so can't make it this time, but let's catch up soon.

@Kyle Hussey, FYI, to tag someone type "@?". If you are connected with them or they have already posted in the thread, a pop up will appear in the lower left of your screen and then you can click on their name.  You will not be able to tag them unless they have posted in the thread OR you have previously connected.  Just a hint for getting around BP.

@Kyle Hussey check out NuView IRA. They are local and used by many in the real estate community. It's a very simple process to open an account.

So what was the final outcome @Angel Ruiz?  Please share what you learned, and if you plan on moving forward with this one.

Before you pull the trigger Angel, reach out to Kevin Bupp.  He is in your area and specializes in MHP's.  Run the numbers by him and see if it is worth pursuing... there is a good chance he already knows about the park and can guide you, or save you a headache.

Welcome to BP!  For local networking, I suggest you check out one of the local REIAs such as cfri.net.  They have a directory of business members with many choices for hard money and if you attend the meetings, you can also learn who has private money available.
