Roll 401k to Self-Directed IRA

Good morning BP Community,

The company I work for was recently bought by another company. As I understand it, I have to roll that 401k into something...either a new 401k with the new company or an IRA . But I was thinking that it would be a good time to set up a SDIRA and put it into a Real Estate Investment. Does anyone know the steps to be able to do that? And, does anyone know someone in the Orlando, FL that can help me set this up?
