Tax reporting for personal property trust

Right now I have a personal property trust (similar to land trust fyi) with my LLC as the beneficiary. I provided my loan servicer my LLC's EIN but they said that is not acceptable, they want a DBA or have me create a tax ID for the trust since the IRS says that my LLC's tax id does not match the trust (which has no registered EIN)

Does anyone have any comments/input or tactics on how to best address this?

Thanks,

Bob
