Hello. As you can see several posts above we had to cancel that meeting since the location was shut down. We can do another one but there is a local investor who does informal get-togethers already once a month on Thursday evenings. I am going to get in touch with him and try to round up some BP members to attend that gathering. Ill let you guys know.

Hi all. It appears we may need to reschedule. The Tambellinis restaurant downtown has been sold and is being remodeled! Lets call it off, find another place, then reschedule for a few weeks down the road. I will reach out to everyone once I come up with a place that is centralized (Im open to suggestions). Oh, we will set it up for a Saturday night this time so more people can come!

I know this thread is a few years old, but here are two interviews with Michael I found through google. Pretty good stuff.

Brandon, incoming calls can be captured and the phone numbers put into a database which allows mass texts to be sent to those numbers. The intent isnt to respond to them in automated fashion right when they call, but to use mass texts as followups on deals that didn't work out the first time around. Say, in three months, for example. It reminds them you are there waiting to buy still. Same thing with automated voicemail followup. Just reminders that's all.

Does anyone use or know of a good service that offers all three (Text/Voice/Email) autoresponder?

For example, I understand its possible to have a prerecorded voice message from yourself and use it to do a mass followup to all of your previous callers, plus it goes straight to their voicemail and doesnt bother them with ringing.

Following up is important but I dont always have time so Im looking for some electronic ways of doing it.

Ned Carey That is great. I just had an a-ha! moment reading that. Could you not say, "Are you looking to get a good amount of money for it, or do you just want to get it out of your name?" That way their options are either:

1. ask for a lot (which is unlikely if they are motivated) or

2. just get it out of their name

I like this because you are leaving one option out: getting a little bit of money. :-)

Hi troy. I'm originally from muscatine. I have considered turning my attention to that area to score some rentals---gotta make my trips back to see family a write off. Ha. I posted in another thread about beacon and the re records it offers; are you aware of it? Also, do you happen to be a licensed re agent? Welcome to BP. It's awesome.
