I agree with Jon. Real estate is often portrayed as a way to go from zero to a hundred with little resources, but unfortunately, it is not that easy. I would recommend getting whatever job you can get, and getting your personal finances in order.

While you are doing that try to learn as much about real estate investing.

Hey Sara, welcome to BP! You work as an agent will really come in handy as an investor.
