Kind of new member, from the NYC area

Hi all. I joined BiggerPockets about 7 months ago. I have not ever posted here in the new member forum. At 1st I didn't know about it and after, well, I just screwed up and procrastinated for a while. Finally, I'm doing it.

I live in The Bronx, NY. My target areas for doing wholesaling and lease options (my 1st two investing strategies) are, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Nassau counties in New York. As I've been networking (REIA meetings, social media, phone calls, email, SMS, etc.) with investors in those counties and also Westchester, Queens and Manhattan for close to a year now, I've made a significant number of contacts in the area so I might be able to help BP members in the areas connecting and getting deals marketed and sold. I hope those of you in the above areas might be able to help me too here and there. I would appreciate that.

As I've already learned, BP is a great place to learn from experienced investors and I grateful to Josh and his staff for providing this amazing resource. I listen to the podcast religiously! Additionally, I eat, sleep and breathe RE Investing. I've come a long way. I've just purchased 2 positive cashflowing properties in Memphis last month and I'm buying one in Indiana this month.
