New from Colorado Springs, CO, first time buying
Hello!!!
My name is Ali and I have been living on Ft Carson for a better part of a year now. My husband is military and we are looking to buy our first home.
I am a Nursing student and we have a 3 year old little girl. While some may say its crazy to buy when you don't know if you'll be in the area for more then 2 years...if I wait, I could be saying that for the next 15 years. We would like to retire in Colorado, so having a home here would be nice!
That being said, we are green to this process and would love any local advice on good Realtor and banks to go through for VA Loans.
