I've been searching in the MLS in Phoenix for only a couple days now. Most of the duplexes I've found are like $400k+. The ones that are $300k or less are in the neighborhoods that aren't bad bust not desirable. They've been looking like very good ways of BRRR as they are left in bad conditions but are being taken up within a week.

I’m currently trying to get a real estate license in Phoenix area and I haven’t received any word from any companies?

Any suggestions on who/how to connect with? I’m desperately needing to receive wisdom.

@Jonathan Greene

Much wisdom from the both of you. I’m currently working on my finances as of now. I have been for a few months now. I just don’t have the financial backing. I’ve listened to the podcasts and heard someone had a similar experience as I.

@Andrew Freed

Congrats on your dreams, but on this I’m just getting to know people. I don’t think being too serious is a good way to live 😅

Hello,

I am Julian. I like pie.

I am looking for a tri plex, or 4-plex in Phoenix,AZ area to start my first deal.

I have currently worked a w-2 from a few different companies within the past year and a half with little to no gaps of non employment.  My wife's credit is near 640 and I have a bankruptcy pending. Trying to get some wisdom on if I would be better off getting a deal with a co signer/partner or try to venture into this with only my wife and I.

I already have a few plans set for different scenarios that may work out. I've thought them through them intensely.

Thank you,

I am honored to be the newbie in the bunch.
