Newest Newbie Ever In Town

Hello,

I am Julian. I like pie.

I am looking for a tri plex, or 4-plex in Phoenix,AZ area to start my first deal.

I have currently worked a w-2 from a few different companies within the past year and a half with little to no gaps of non employment.  My wife's credit is near 640 and I have a bankruptcy pending. Trying to get some wisdom on if I would be better off getting a deal with a co signer/partner or try to venture into this with only my wife and I.

I already have a few plans set for different scenarios that may work out. I've thought them through them intensely.

Thank you,

I am honored to be the newbie in the bunch.
