Hello to all.

I have been working at a property management company for three months with a temp agency but was laid off because the assignment ended.

My title there was Retention Lease Administrator.

I have three months of SalesForce & Yardi experience. I have worked with excel sheets to keep track of things too. If you would like resume info just email me or on here. I look forward to hearing back.

There’s subject two

@Cody Neumann

I figured the rent could be estimated from sq ft too. At least that’s what I’ve heard from the podcasts

@Brendan Miller

Thank you. That helps narrow it down.

@Matthew Bowling

It’s easy to know this but idk where 2-4 units fall place. Are they marketed as apartments or sfh prices?

@Alecia Loveless

Right as far as rent for apartments and houses I know the rent. But idk where the smaller multi family fall in line.

In Indianapolis, the property management company I work for has 4 bed 2 bath for median 15-1600 but people are saying that a duplex with a 3 bed 2 bath is marketed at like 870.

So I haven’t done enough research into this but I’m sure it’s common sense. I figured I’d ask anyways, well I was wondering when charging rent for your tenants how are du and four plex rents considered? Like an apartment’s rate or house? I’ve seen those two are kind of different.

Look for an out of country assistant ? Four hour work week said something about that.

Do you have any other meet ups currently planned for July?

Hello,

I'm a newbie looking to get my first deal on multifamily with creative financing. I've made 40 calls this week to 7 different states. I can happily say I have one maybe. Just hustle and keep harassing people with unattractive financing and great negotiating skills.
