Duplex Zip Codes in Phoenix

Hi guys,

I am looking to buying my first property in Phoenix, AZ. Searching for a Duplex 4:2.5 to BRRRR - Hack. I moved here not that long ago and not familiar with the location much. Trying to practice/learn comps and analyzing deals.

Need to know what area to search in. Can anyone advise what ZIP Codes resides duplexes in Phoenix? I thank you so much in advance.

@Tatiana Conta You can find a duplex in almost every zipcode in Phoenix, but most are clustered in "older" zip codes such as 85016, 85018, 85008, 85014, 85016, 85013, 85009, 85007, 85021, 85020. Scottsdale has some around 85251 and 85257, and Tempe around 85281 and 85282. Mesa has them generally in all zip codes.
