@Johnny Garcia

Thank you for that. I know this way that’s why I’m pursuing it. I’ve been mentored so far on how to build rapport, but seeing if I could structure a deal with someone from a meet up Is genius

So I was talking to a broker that owns a property listed on the MLS in Mesa, Az.

I was conversing with him to learn his how and why in investing.

I later introduced seller financing as my go to option for obtaining a deal with him, and he laughs at it saying, ''no one in this world would seller finance a property that cash flows. And if they do, run!''

Is he somewhat right and I am senile, or is he in some other dimension?

Seller financing is my route . I got a fresh bankruptcy but my wife’s credit utilization is perfect because I’m helping hers.

I am currently looking for real estate investing in Phoenix, Az.

But, I am looking in Chicago Heights, Lansing, pretty much my home town to invest in.

I wanted to know if there are any local mastermind meet ups to network and learn the current market in Chicagoland area. It's been a few years since I've been away. Look forward to networking!

How can you find where to sign up/find the meet ups? I've only been able to find the free mini meet ups.

I am currently researching the market and prices for Fort Wayne and Indianapolis for out of state investing.

I wanted to see which market anyone thinks is better to invest in for the long run.

I think they both are pretty good, but Indianapolis is the capital. Tough decision.

But then again, I'm a noob so I am not too certain.

Will a one year interrupt things? Only kidding, these are grown up events.
